Load and unload in 5 simple steps
- Load your goods onto the system before the container arrives to save time.
- Align the container and secure it to the system using sturdy connector clamps.
- Press the loading button and let the steel plate smoothly push the cargo into the container.
- Once the plate reaches the end of the container, the stopper bar lowers to hold the goods in place as the plate retracts.
- Release the connector clamps and get ready for the next load.
- When the container arrives, align it with the system and secure it using the connector clamps.
- Check that nothing is obstructing the cargo inside the container and ensure it is not tied to the container walls.
- Press the unload button to allow the steel alloy plate to slide underneath the cargo.
- Once the plate reaches the end, it retracts with the cargo on it.
- Release the connector clamps from the container.
Container Loading and Unloading System build
- Alloy steel loading plate. The system is equipped with a robust Hardox® plate that slides goods into containers and pulls them out when unloading. One-shot loading and unloading takes less than 10 minutes and is the safest way to handle containerized cargo.
- Hydraulic legs. The loading/unloading mechanism stands on two sets of hydraulically adjustable legs, ensuring compatibility with any container or trailer height.
- Gate. The gate ensures smooth cargo movement in and out of containers. It holds the stopper plate, which is lowered during loading operations to secure the load while the loading plate retracts.
- Connector clamps. The connector clamps attach to containers and hold them in place during loading and unloading operations.
- Gear motor. The Container Loading and Unloading System runs on an electric motor that powers all of its components, including the loading plate, leg adjustments, container connector clamps, and the gate.
- Control system. The smart control system controls all of the loading and unloading movements with the push of a button. Integrate it into your existing automated workflows and use the machine with a remote control.
