Container Loading System build
- Loading plate. The default plate is made from highly durable plastic and can withstand up to 4,000 loads, depending on the cargo. It slides products into the container in one shot and is then pulled out from underneath.
- Legs. The container loader stands on two sets of legs. Both ends are height-adjustable to fit standard trailer heights. The rear legs also adjust horizontally for automatic and precise alignment with the cargo space.
- Gate. The gate helps cargo move smoothly into the container with the support of its side rollers, providing enhanced safety throughout the loading process. It also holds the stopper bar, which moves up and down to secure the load as the sliding plate retracts. The stopper bar enables precise load adjustment, ensuring the container doors can close without obstruction.
- Container connector clamps. The connector clamps ensure that the container and trailer hold still during the loading process.
- Gear motor. The container loading system runs on an electric motor. The motor powers the entire process, including the loading plate, leg adjustments, container connector clamps, and the gate.
- Control system. The smart control system automates all movements, making operation safe and easy with the push of a button. It also integrates with other systems, making it easy to fit into your existing logistics setup.

Our Container Loading System primarily handles 40-foot containers using a container semitrailer chassis. You can also upgrade it to work with 20-foot, 45-foot, and 53-foot containers and trucks, as well as for unloading containers.
The capabilities of the system depend on its loading plate. We offer three different options:
- Standard (CLS). Made out of high-density polyethylene (HDPE). This option is perfect for loading 40-foot containers.
- Sandwich (CLS-SW). With HDPE and steel layers that prevent it from bending. The best option for 20-foot containers.
- Alloy steel (CLS-U). This is our most robust and durable loading plate. The alloy steel plate enables both loading and unloading containers.
All three plates can be extended to handle 45-foot and 53-foot containers and trucks.
