How does the automated loader work?

Here's how the system works in five simple steps:

1. Place your cargo on the RollerPlate: Preload your goods onto the RollerPlate before the truck has approached the dock to save time and simplify shipment preparation. Connect the system to conveyors in your facilities for full automation.
2. RollerPlate aligns with the truck: When the truck arrives, the RollerPlate system uses hydraulics to align with the trailer for seamless loading.
3. Automated system loads the trailer: The RollerPlate slides into the trailer with your cargo for efficient, damage-free loading.
4. RollerPlate slides out: Once the plate reaches the end of the trailer, it slides out, and the stopper mechanism holds the cargo intact.
5. Your goods are on the way: The trailer leaves the docking area, and you can start preloading your next shipment on the RollerPlate immediately.

Automated Truck Loading System build

• RollerPlate. A sliding plate with rollers on top that enables you to easily load pallets onto the system before the truck has approached the loading dock. When you’ve placed all of your cargo on the RollerPlate, it then slides into the truck trailer with the push of a button, leaves the goods inside, and retracts.
• Legs. The truck loader stands on two sets of legs. Both ends are height-adjustable for precise alignment with the cargo space.
• Gate. The gate helps cargo move smoothly through the dock door and into the truck, supported by its side rollers. It also holds the stopper bar, which drops down to secure the load in the trailer when the RollerPlate retracts.
• Gear motor. The automated system uses an electric motor that powers the entire system, including the RollerPlate, hydraulic leg adjustments, and the gate.
• Control system. Automates all movements, making truck loading safe and easy with the push of a button. It can be integrated into your existing systems and used with a remote control.
