Truck Loading and Unloading System build
- Platform with hydraulics. An adjustable platform that matches the height of trucks in the loading dock. The hydraulics adjust the entire system.
- Pallet feeding chain conveyor. A conveyor system that brings pallets to the Telefork during loading operations and moves them away when unloading.
- Double fork set. Two sets of hydraulically adjustable forks that lift pallets from the conveyor belt and place them inside the truck. The Telefork can lift up to 3,000 kilograms at a time.
- LiDAR sensors and scanners. Smart sensors that scan the truck’s cargo space, perform leveling adjustments, make sure pallets are properly picked up, and help load and unload them. Trucks are scanned throughout the loading/unloading process, so the system can adjust its steering when necessary.
- Extendable telescopic frame. The frame extends to move the forks into the truck and then retracts to return to the starting position.
