How does the tilter work?
Step 1: Position the container
The truck approaches the Container Tilter, and the trailer pins are released.
Step 2: Attach the container
Align the tilter pins with the container’s corner castings and lift it off the trailer.
Step 3: Raise the container
Open the container doors and raise it to a vertical position.
Step 4: Load the cargo
Adjust the tilt to the preferred angle and start loading the container.
Step 5: Finish loading
After filling the container, lower it and detach it – reversing the previous steps.

Container Tilter build
- Tilter base. Durable base that withstands loads of up to 30,000kg.
- Hydraulics. Hydraulics system that enables precise alignment with the container, lifts the container vertically, and lets you tip the container anywhere between -5° to 90°.
- Connector clamps. The clamps attach to the container and lock it in place for secure loading.
- Frame. Holds the container in place during the loading process. You can choose between four options: universal, flat deck, long front, and short rear.
- Control system. Automates the loading process and enables a single operator to lift and lower the container.
